From 5 July 2007, documents known as Practice Notes were renamed as Regulatory Guides and may be referred to by their regulatory guide number (e.g. RG 14.1) or their practice notes number (e.g. PN 14.1). 

 ASIC have also released Regulatory Guides to replace other documents that have previously been issued as Policy Statements and Guides, as well as Practice Notes.
